Tell us what you did today.
Its so much better to never lose it, than to lose it and get it back--you can always tell the difference. With that said, most people never get it back, so if you get it back after you lost it, thats better than losing it forever.

Went to the gym and did a "KwandoFlex" class (intervals of cardio kickboxing alternating with weight lifting exercises)

about 45 mins of weight training--hip adductor and hip abductor machines; biceps, triceps, shoulders, and deltoids w/ free weights; two back excersises w/ free weights. 60 mins cardio--20 walking on treadmill w/ steep incline; 20 bike w/ increasing resistance; 20 stairmaster. about 10 mins abs and stretching. pretty much the usual.

Today, 40 min on the stairmaster, towards the end I kicked it up to level 8, and burned 320 cal. I'm a monster!!
Then 25 min of ab workout. But afterwards I had a sandwich from Jimmy Johns and 3 donuts.
Its so much better to never lose it, than to lose it and get it back--you can always tell the difference. With that said, most people never get it back, so if you get it back after you lost it, thats better than losing it forever.

Ran four miles. And of course used the gym. Pilates session. 30 minutes of strength training. fifteen of elliptical love. 3 sets with the medicine ball. Beat that.
hot child in the city, runnin wild and looking pretty...
Aging is not 'lost youth' but a new stage of opportunity and strength.

lol espresso, you must have a rockin body.
yesterday: nothing. sat in on an 8 hr practice test then bummed in front of the computer when i got home.
today: stretching (that counts right?), pilates, and walk the dog if it's not too hot out.

Monday: 20 min stretching, 30 min stairmaster, 30 min abs, hip abductor, body ball. I took it light today. I really wasn't in the mood to exercise, but once I got into it, I was glad I did.

50 mins weight training. 60 mins cardio--25 walking on treadmill w/ steep incline, 20 bike, 15 stairmaster. 5 stretching. no abs because pilates tomorrow!

I need to get into pilates more. when I first learned it, I was still out-of-shape. But now that Im stronger, and workout everyday, Im ready to really tackle it.
