Wednesday: 40 min stairmaster (burnt 310 cal!).......30 min abs.....1 set hip abductor.......25 push-ups.
Its so much better to never lose it, than to lose it and get it back--you can always tell the difference. With that said, most people never get it back, so if you get it back after you lost it, thats better than losing it forever.

50 mins weight training--free weights and machines. 40 mins elliptical at increasing resistance. 20 mins stairmaster. 10 mins abs and stretching.

fifteen minutes strength training. ten minutes with the medicine ball.
elliptical machine - forty minutes.
abs - ten minutes.
hot child in the city, runnin wild and looking pretty...

30 mins treadmill at steep incline. 20 mins bike. 10 mins stairmaster at high resistance. 5 mins stretching.

Walked a little over a mile, did a lot of ab work, and sex this morning was pretty vigorous. I'm so lazy.

BART stands for Bay Area Rapid Transit. Its a train that runs all around the SF bay. I take it to work. I don't have a car and I hate waking up my man, so I just walk to the station since its so close to my house.

My yoga class was canceled, yo.
15 mins abs.
leg circles (in the shower. It's "slimming" or something like that for your lower legs. It's a trick I picked up in pilates class.)
One hour of strength training (including medicine ball work).
Only eleven minutes on the stairmaster...
