It's only 1:40 ladies ... I WILL eat more, I promise lol ...
-a HUGE bowl of special k cereal with some fresh sliced strawberries in it ...
-a few crackers with sour cream *I LOVE sour cream I could eat it all day*
-some tuna with some toast
-a disgusting amount of water ....I think I already drank 3 bottles since 10 o'clock ... I have a water problem, I am ALWAYS thirsty
-a frappe

(L) whole foods bok choy with shiitake mushrooms, kung pao tofu with shiitake, broc and red peppers, green beans with roasted cashews
(D) leftover home-made pesto, cherry tomatoes, sprouted sourdough bread w/ earth balance spread. home-made fermented beets, ginger, apples, cabbage, and home-made kombucha!
water
rice milk
today so far (its only 11.35) apple. green tea.
(L) most likely whoe foods something...
I want my everyday to be a holiday!

I'm bringing thread back.
B: egg beaters on whole wheat english muffin. jam on slice of whole wheat toast. orange juice.
L: salmon with romaine, mild peppers, tomatoes, + tossed in lemon vinegarette. iced green tea.
S: kashi peanut butter granola bar.
D: pieorgies.
S: Ben and Jerry's, if I'm still hungry. Americone Dream...soo good. :D
WO: 1 hr run. 25 mins strength (lower body today.). 15 mins abs. stretching.
hot child in the city, runnin wild and looking pretty...

Today food was an issue with me, I couldn't eat anything.
For breakfast I tried to eat a bowl of special K vanilla almond, but ended up eating barely 1/2 of it
For a snack I tried to eat a rice crispy square, and I couldn't. I think I took a bite out of it
For lunch I tried to eat a chicken salad, but it didn't work out in my favor. I ate none of it.
For an afternoon snack I DID manage to eat a vanilla yogurt
For dinner I tried to eat french fries *homemade* (I ALWAYS eat french fries when I'm sick) but I couldn't eat those either.
I wonder what is wrong with me .... I hope I'm not getting sick!

dinner: afghan spinach turnover. basmati rice w/carrot & raisin. sauteed pumpkin. sauteed zucchini

Breakfast: kashi go lean with sliced strawberries in skim. orange juice. a cup of hot cocoa.
Lunch: grilled salmon sandwich with romaine (sprinkled with lf balsamic vinegarette) on toasted ww. baked potato with sour cream.
Dinner: apple-filled blintzes sprinkled in powdered sugar and topped with whipped cream.
Snack: a bowl of tortillas and salsa, if I'm still hungry.
As usual, 2-3 liters of water a day.
WO: strength (two sets for twenty minutes). 15 mins abs. 3.4 mile run. tricep dips. stretching.

Breakfast: Special K vanilla almond, one bowl with 1% milk. One piece of multigrain hollywood toast *it's pretty good bread!* with jam on it
Snack: a banana and some pineapple
Lunch: Tuna with melba toast, garden salad with balsamic dressing
Snack: about ten olives *lately I can't get enough of them!* some feta cheese, tomatoes.
Dinner: grilled chicken, broccoli, cous cous and chick peas
Snack: a beer! lol
I had about 6 bottles of water today ... not an insane amount surprisingly!

I baked a Blueberry coffee cake this morninng and it turned out really well. I used splenda instead of sugar and vegetable oil instead of shortening - still tastes great and makes it a bit healthier. Blueberries and cinnamon are great for you, I just have to be sure not too eat to much of it all at once though! I'm really starting to get into the portion control idea now like 100 calorie packs. The ones that Hostess makes are really good. I like baking but grabbing one pack out of the box is really convenient,

last night for dinner-
quinoa salad with tomato, zucchini, pine nuts, carrots, mushroom, mint, and cilantro- citrus dressing (orange juice, lemon zest, lemon juice and olive oil)
spinach, tomato and cucumber sandwich on ciabatta bread.
homemade vegan strawberry shortcake with baked sweet plantains with cinnamon and sugar on the side.
I want my everyday to be a holiday!

breakfast: 1 crepe w. fresh whipped cream and organic strawberries and 1/2 cup of grape juice lunch: pb&j on wheat,strawberry applesauce, 1/2 organic choco muffin, water and 2 of my freinds keebler cookies=( snack: 1 mini muffin (friends b'day) snack: 2 organic toaster waffles w. cinnamon sugar and butter, some wheat thins with some sharp cheddar cheese

hmm havent been here in a while.... see there are still a few lingering eating disorders.... anywhoodle! heres whats in my tummy- breaky- trader joes fiber o's, good ole granular white sugar on top, light soy lunch- mini feta cheese pizza din din- large romaine salad with avocado, ceasar dressing, some sour dough bread dessert- likely dove chocolate... have to make it down to gherradeli (how did i screw up the spelling so bad?) square to get some proper chocolate..
