I was looking through the archives and and someone mentioned Parisse as an "at home" waxing product. Although I am not adventurous enough to do my own Brazilian, I wanted to start waxing my underarms because I am sick of having to shave them all the time especially since summer is coming.
My question is does anyone wax their underarms and how long should the hair be when you do? Another reason why I want to stop shaving is I seem to have this shadow effect going on and so even when I do shave my underarms don't look shaven. does anyone else have this prob?

I have that problem too. Waxing works well to solve it but I'm not sure it would be effective if you did it yourself. It hurts like heck!
Anyway, I had to grow my hair out for like two weeks which was the WORST two weeks of my life. It is seriously disgusting to have long arm pit hair.

I'm not sure how much help this is gonna be, but my waxer told me once that if I kept the hair to about 1/4" it would hurt the least and that is all she needed to rip it out. That was for a Brazillian though
