LOL. I'm assuming by the scary face you usually go for the Cafe Mocha? I usually stay safe and get either a grande nonfat Vanilla Latte or if I'm trying to be REALLY good, a grande nonfat Latte. Anytime I wanna try something new, I go straight to the Starbucks website to check out the calorie count! I like the 130 calories in the Cinnamon Dolce Latte with sugar free syrup. I might have to try that one today!!! Good lookin out! Wink [;)]

Never.  I dont like cafe mocha.  I was a carmel macchiato regular, but now I get the cinn. dolce lattes.  And the sugar-free one is very good! Surprise [:O]  I was surprised by how LOW the calories are.

try the sugarfree vanilla latte, and def try the cdl-sugar free.  Im not even gonna look up the frapp's, those are in the 500's. Tongue Tied [:S]  but I left those alone a long time ago.

I was never big on frapuccinos, but after I found out the tall caramel light frapuccino is less that 200 calories, I've been gettting them like crazy...AND I realized I actually like frapuccinos...Yummm.

Lately, Ive been getting CB's cafe carmels.  I love them, I never heard the term "sugar free" mentioned there. ha

Re: Starbucks nutritional info
Have you tried the Cinnamon Dolce Latte (sugar free)?  They're delicious!  I'm so glad I read this thread because I completely forgot they existed, and how much I love them!

It's ridiculous how many calories some of those things have!  You really have to watch out for drinks- you would never think so many calories were in just one, and then before you know it, they really add up!  I stopped drinking the frappacinos, mochas, and caramel macchiatos, and I've stopped drinking Vitamin Waters- which also have way more calories and sugar than you would ever expect!
