I've heard the best thing you can do for your skin is to stay hydrated- is this true? Do you notice a difference when you drink more water? I don't drink as much water as I should, but I drink a lot of tea, and flavored water, like Aquafina Alive, which also has vitamins in it- are those as hydrating as regular water?

I definitely notice my skin is clearer when I drink a lot of water. You don't need to get all of your water from plain water though...the things that you are drinking are fine, as long as they don't have caffeine in them (caffeine is a diuretic, so it can de-hydrate you).

Yeah, I'm determined to drink more- I have a bottle of plain water at my desk that I keep refilling. I have to force myself to drink it though. The tea I drink is usually mint, or another kind of herbal tea, so no caffiene, and the Aquafina Alive doesn't have caffiene, just vitamins, and flavors (the Peach Mango is SO good!) so I drink one of those when I get bored of plain water.
Sweet Lil Girly Girl- that sounds like a good trick- what kind of juice do you use?
