Do you guys lift weights, run, play sports, do aerobics, yoga, pilates, etc? Which ones do you see results fastest with? I do yoga, aerobics, swam in the summer, and thats about it. I want to get started on pilates but they dont offer classes here where i live.
What about you all?

I swim A LOT because I like it, and I find it gives me the best results. Pilates is also good, and I will RANDOMLY go on my eliptical. Once a week I do this little 'routine' my brother showed me on his bowflex, just to say that I do SOME weight training ... but really, I just make sure I swim regularily.

I recently signed up for Boot Camp which is 3 days a week after work for an hour- I'm like the most unfit person ever, but I love it- I feel like it's whipping me into shape, and I work so much harder with a trainer there, telling me what to do. There are only 8 or 9 more sessions though, and then I don't know what I'm going to do.
I also bought a jump rope recently- it burns the most calories of any exercise, if you can do it. It does take some working up to- I'm following some of the tips in this video to get to my goal of jumping for a straight 15 minutes- trust me it's harder than it sounds!
