I'm not overweight or anything I just feel really disgusting and am worried that my boyfriend will start to think I'm disgusting as well.  It's really starting to affect our love life beause I've become increasingly self conscious and I don't feel comfortable being intimiate. I just don't know what to do    Report

I think you need to take it one day at a time and start slowly but surely dieting and exercising right. Just think that in a few months you will look and feel incredible. Also, with me it helps me get motivated to watch TV shows about diet/excercise/ and positive self image and read as well. There's a new show on lifetime called "How to look good naked" with the guy carson from *** Eye. It is all about helping women be happy with the way they look and giving good health and beauty tips. Maybe that will help? I know i'll be watching. Best of luck with everything    Report

Nice to see some non-trashy shows airing in the new year. It starts this friday night at 9 so I'll probably end up watching it since i don't have plans as of yet.    Report

And then I see that lifetime’s new show “how to look good naked” and I feel totally trumped! Who does that?!?! Lord knows I dont' have the guts to go on the show...but i will be watching nonetheless :)    Report

I got a little teary eyed at certain points because I could feel every emotion that girl was going through…. Caron was hillarious and i thought overall it was quite touching and well done.
