Went back to Zantrex. The Lipo6 made food pretty nauseating to me
and I never wanted to eat. Perfect --- if I wanted to starve
myself.

^^ I tried it after watching that segment on 20/20. I don't
know if it was "all in my mind" becuase I was influenced by the
show, but it really did seem to curb my appetite.

I have taken an entire bottle of fheit and did not notice any difference. (I weigh myself several times a day...my low number has gone down by maybe a pound, but working out builds muscle which weighs more than fat...) I bought a second bottle and now only take it before work outs. I think I'll stop taking it altogether and just continue eating healthfully and exercising. My cousin bought Fheit after I did and she doesn't notice anything either. Maybe I'll finish the rest of this bottle...

so is this Fahrenheit thing supposed to speed up your metabolism?
i've been on and off phentermine for years and it does ok w/ my appetite, nothing major, but is seem to loose weight when taking it. as opposed to eating the same and exercising the same and loosing nothing. so therefore, i'm inclined to think phentermine speeds up metabolism.
(ps---no 'my sister's freinds mother's aunt's uncle brother' died from that stories-----none of those stores please!!! )

The pills worked great for me. I could tell a difference just in water weight from taking them (they make me use the bathroom a lot)
It did speed up my metabolism and just made me want to be more active. I could also tell my stomach was flatter just by taking them for a week or so.
All in all, I think they work very well!

I'm 16 & I work out regularly but I don't notice any changes in my body. It accually seems like I'm gaining more weight. I want to try these diet pills but I'm on bc so I don't know if there would be weird side affects or anything. I don't wanna loose too much weight also. I'm 5'4" and I weigh 134. What do you guys think?

Wow, ShopGirl, 20 lbs!!!! you have convinced me to try them........I'm very sensitive to diet pills but I'm going to give it a shot.......I need knee surgury so my exercise has been seriously limited and unfortunately, I put on weight......I want to get a head start before the surgury with losing weight and the little walking I can........![Big Smile [:D]](/emoticons/emotion-2.gif)
I'll let you all know how I do too, ShopGirl, please keep us posted!!

Well my goodness, where did everyone go? I did start the pills this morning...just took one.
I felt Great for about an hour - lots of energy, but not agitated. Then I started to feel a bit weird and thought I would be sick, but I wasn't.... Could be because I was examining every little thing I felt and the anxiety about that could have caused some stress on me and made me feel odd. But I only took 1 today, tomorrow I will do one in the AM and one 6 hours later......
I hope this works! How is anyone else doing on them??
chat soon!

Hey Posh... sorry - been swamped at the office! Okay here is my update...
I am taking two in the morning before I work out tih NO FOOD. Instead I drink a 16oz bottle of water and continue drinking all throgh my cardio based workout. I have a small lunch and maybe a little protein and soup for dinner.
I can't say for sure but I think I am down about 20lbs It's been 3-4 weeks (I think)

Congrats on your success! I know you must be so happy. 20 lbs, phew! Losing 20 pounds would be a dream for me, then I'd be 130. But I must say, its a bad idea to exercise on an empty stomach. I would never do that. Maybe I will try these pills, if you MUST take them on an empty stomach, I will do that. But I usually work out at 12 noon, and Im not crunched for time in the morning, so I would have time to eat.
Right now, I eat what I want, and exercise 2-3 times a week. I haven't lost a pound, but I can tell the fat is being replaced by muscle by how my body looks in my clothes. Im more toned. But I think some diet pills would speed this process up a whole lot more! My fitness instructor recommended Hydroxycut. I think Im going to try that first, and depending on what happens.....I may try this Fheit you guys speak of. Im all for increased energy/metabolism!!
Its so much better to never lose it, than to lose it and get it back--you can always tell the difference. With that said, most people never get it back, so if you get it back after you lost it, thats better than losing it forever.

I wasn't going to post any updates about these pills, but instead post in a few weeks whether they worked or not. But I started today, and all I had for breakfast was an APPLE. I went to the gym at 730 this morning, and was like an animal!! Then I had a cup of soup for a snack. Lunch = apple + banana. Normally, I would be ravishingly hungry by now. I will eat a normal dinner though. This is good. Very good. My main problem was overeating, or eating the wrong things.
I remember when Dexatrim was the only thing available, and that was pretty much a placebo. haha Im only taking half the dosage, because thats what it recommends for the first 3 days. How will it be when I step it up to 2 pills before meals. Im really excited because this is exactly what I needed to help me work off the proverbial hard-to-drop 10-20 lbs, and fit back into all my nice clothes.

Well my goodness, I'm off the Farenheit pills for good.
Here is what happened to me:
I was taking 2 pills a day for about 3 days as directed on the bottle. I was feeling pretty good. But then on Saturday night/early Sunday morning, I woke up with a rapid heartbeat (and I'm talking 136 beats per minute!!),, chest pain and headache. I was dizzy and sick so I went to the ER and passed out...... The pills had caused spikes in my blood pressure which could have been very damaging. I got quite a lecture from the ER doctor and he advised me never to take these again. I have been out of work for 2 days being limp and lifeless with a massive headache.......looks like I'm stuck with exercising naturally. Which sucks because I need knee surgury so I can't exercise much beyond walking and diet alone is not working!!!!
Oh well, I'd rather be a little chunky than in the ER again!!!!!
